 Returns

Please note that due to a high volume of returns, there may be a slight delay in receiving your return shipping label.

All returns must be authorized in advance by DVS Shoes Customer Service. DVS Shoes is not responsible for returns that have not been processed through the official DVS Shoes Return Process. Additionally, DVSShoes.com cannot accept returns for sale items or products purchased from other retailers, websites, or authorized dealers. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns are accepted for merchandise that is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Original shipping charges paid on the order are non-refundable.

If an item is determined to be used, damaged, unsellable, or otherwise does not meet the return eligibility requirements, DVSShoes.com reserves the right to deny the return request and refuse a refund.

DVS Shoes does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

DVS Shoes Return Process

To begin the DVS Shoes return process:

  1. Please visit our Self Service Returns by using this link:  DVS Shoes Returns
  2. Once you have received your return instructions and shipping label in via email, pack your product in the original shoebox and place the shoebox in the original carton you received.
  3. Secure the box appropriately.
  4. Cross out with a marker all previous shipping labels and attach the Return Label sent in the email to the shipping box, preferably covering the original shipping label. Please note that you MUST use the Shipping label provided by DVS Shoes and it must be used within ten (10) days.
  5. Bring the package to any authorized UPS shipping location. If you need assistance locating one near you, please use this link: UPS Drop Off Locations

Upon receipt of your return, the product will be inspected to verify that it is unused, unopened (when applicable), and in resalable condition.

Once the returned product passes inspection, a credit will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your account after the merchandise has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Original shipping charges paid on the order are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may apply.

If the returned product does not pass inspection, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss the next steps. DVSShoes.com reserves the right to deny refunds for returned merchandise that does not meet the return eligibility requirements.

 

Limited Warranty

Products sold through the DVS Shoes Shop are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of receipt. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined by DVS Shoes. Valid claims will receive a full refund. Improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from the DVS Shoes Shop online store. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty. DVS Shoes will not issue replacement product or credit for returned products that have experienced excessive wear or any type of abuse or mistreatments.
