We hope that you are delighted with your DVS Shoes purchases, but we understand that sometimes shoes don't fit or you may want to return your purchase. That's not a problem. You may return your items free of charge as long as:
  • You made your purchase through our website DVSShoes.com.
  • Your purchase was received within the last 30 days.
  • Your products are still in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed with 24 hours after receipt by warehouse (excluding original shipping fees).

  • Click this returns link and you will be prompted to provide your order number and the email address used to place your order. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email or on the packing list that was included with the original shipment.
