Welcome to a new DVSShoes.com experience.
In the Summer of 2023, DVS Shoes started a new chapter to be added to the rich history of this amazing brand. Under new ownership, DVS will continue to maintain its deep heritage of legacy and iconic products for the best athletes in action sports, while also forging a new path and bringing new and exciting products and categories to the brand portfolio. Over the coming months we will be expanding our assortment and reinventing DVS to stay true to its roots, but build for the future.

As part of this new direction, we have launched a new and refreshed DVSSHOES.com website on a brand new platform. While maintaining many of the same aspects of the site you knew and loved, we have updated the look, the navigation, added new content and have integrated with a better operational infrastructure for faster order processing, more self-service options, better customer service and quicker turnaround of orders.
While we migrate to the new platform, we will need to make some temporary changes to policies and processes.
- If you had a registered account on the old dvsshoes.com, we will move your information to the new site automatically. However you will need to update your password and preferences to continue to access the site as a member. Look for an email with instructions. Unfortunately, with the new platform, your order history will not move over.
- Unfortunately we will no longer have access to any previous email history if you contacted DVS before 10/1/2023. Please use the contact us page and resend your email to our brand new customer service team
- We have created a brand new self service returns portal for any orders placed from October 2023 and later. However , if you wish to return an order that was placed between 8/1/2023 and 9/30/2023, please email us at returns@dvsshoes.com and we will need to process this return manually as the order history will not be available prior to changing platforms.
- For any questions or concerns about orders placed before October 2023, we will do our best to assist with your needs. Please reach out to us via the contact us.
We are extremely excited to re-launch this brand and enhance its rich history. As with any transition, there may be a few bumps along the way, but we are dedicated to you, our long-standing and loyal customers.
