COMANCHE BOOT

I like this newer version better, so far. The older ones, had a tendency for the tounge slipping off, to one side or the other. Had to cut 2 slits to pass the laces through the top of the tounge, to keep it secured, worked. This time around, I ordered 11.5 mens, I usually wear 11, but took other reviewers advice to go 1/2 size larger. and, they fit very good, super comfortable. Seems to be enough toe room in them for my "not that narrow" feet. I like the rather stiff sole, they offer good support for me when I'm mashing down on my mntn bike pedals, sneakers flex too much, and can feel the sharp pins in the pedals when wearing regular sneakers. Yetm I have no issues walking around in them. These Camanche boots are well made, handsome to look at, and give me confidence to ride hard, knowing my feet are comfortable and protected. So many colors to choose, but I got black/gum sole, looks good in town, got compliments about them already (had them 3 days). Going to get another pair or 2, with some colors. Lovin' them, I can't lie! You will too, I know.

Received exactly what I knew I would get from DVS , another fantastic shoe. I fell in love with DVS shoes over 13 years ago for their unique styling and ultimate comfort. And anyone looking ing to buy these Comanche boots will not go wrong in doing so. However, they do come with a puffy tongue which may not be to everyone's liking. But that can be dealt with easily. Comfort is always amazing and I did go up a half size as recommended from a 9.5 to a 10. And they fit perfectly. One of the best things I have always liked about DVS is there is zero break in time needed. Right out of the box they always fit my feet perfectly and feel like they were made for my feet specifically. Even though the pictures show black and white, they did that due to the flash of the camera. As they are just black and grey with the gum outsole.
